Training Programs


My online training is weight training OR at Home training. I would be sending you a different meal plan every 4 to 5 weeks depending on if you’re doing it or not. Changing up what’s needed to as your body changes….you will have my phone number so we can communicate daily and then I’d be sending you your gym routine for the day to your phone  every other day. There’s also Video demonstrations that will be going with the programs. Instant contact with me daily for whatever questions you might have via text. Before and after pics and weekly updates of your progress.
Workout days are Monday weds and Fridays. Tues and Thursdays would be some intense cardio and maybe some abs. On the weekends you will get to do one day of your own workout (because I’m not here to handicap you, you have to learn and grow mentally on your own as well) Sunday’s are usually off days.
Meal plan included for all programs
So it’s pretty much me and you the whole way. This isn’t a “here you go and bye bye” type of training regimen hence why everyone is getting results.
We are in touch daily for the most part. I’m looking at your physique every Friday so we can track your progress and we are changing up the meal plan as needed depending on what’s going on with your body.
As far as workouts go. You’ll be able to see actual video footage of each workout via text in links that I send you. Workouts are never repeated and always new.

Your 21 Day Challenge is a small dumbbell and resistance band/body weight challenge that you can do right from your home.

I would be sending you a SET meal plan and you will have my phone number so we can communicate daily through WhatsApp messenger (download that) and then I’d be sending you your workout for the day to your phone every other day. There’s Video demonstrations that will be going with the program. Instant contact with me daily for whatever questions you might have via text. Before and after pics on the third week of your program with feedback
Workout days are Monday weds, Friday and Saturday. Tues and Thursdays would be some intense cardio and maybe some abs which you will do on you own. Sunday’s are your day off. You can move the workout days around to fit your schedule. The next challenge will begin soon!

FAQ


Workouts are anywhere from 45 min to an hour if it’s a home workout. Just depends on the day and body part and your own speed.
If you choose to do gym workouts, it could be an hour to hour and a half depending on the day.
This is real training so we gotta put in work

Yes, there are Vegan and Vegetarian Options

A long resistance band. But if you have weights, I leave room for you to add that to your movements.
